Order Processing & Cutoff Time
• Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Order Cutoff Time: 03:00 PM KST (GMT+09:00). Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day.
• Production Notice: Select items are prepared immediately upon order confirmation, which may occasionally extend handling time slightly.
Transit & Estimated Delivery Time
• Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time.
• Estimated Transit Time: 4 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Tracking & Notifications
• Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking confirmation email will be sent automatically.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear online after pickup.
Shipping Address Accuracy

Customs, Duties & Taxes
• UK & European Union (DDP): All shipments are dispatched on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable import VAT is collected at checkout, and customers will incur no extra handling fees or taxes upon delivery.
• Other International Destinations (DAP): Orders outside the UK/EU are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Any local customs duties or import taxes assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
